We regret to tell you that unfortunately we will no longer be able to offer this service with effect from 15th December 2005, as our partner, Registered Call Ltd, are themselves discontinuing the operation of the service.
We will be looking at opportunities to re-instroduce a call recording service through Grumbletext in the coming months - in the meantime, we apologise for the inconvenience.
For existing users of the service, we understand that Registered Call will continue to make your call recordings available for a few months - we understand that you will already have received an email from them to that effect.
