It's a UK consumer complaints
site which you can post to either online or via SMS text message more
Grumbletext also has a special section, SOS SMS, devoted to fighting text spam on your
mobile more
Why would you post on Grumbletext?
2 main reasons:
1) satisfaction -
of having a go at an unreachable
faceless company in public
2) revenge - by warning others
you can actually

by influencing buying decisions
How do you post on
Grumbletext?
Every subject comes under 2 categories headings, e.g.
Shopping->Food Shopping->Safeway. Expand the
categories listed in the right pane to find the right
area and see if the company you want to complain about
is there.
If it is, click it and post your complaint.
If it isn't, click the 'new subject' button (which will
appear) to add the company you are interested in to the
list in that category and post your message at the

Tip: the very
quickest, easiest way to find the company you are
interested in is to type its name into the Search form
at the top of any page. If it's there, add your
comment, if not, come back here to add your company to
the list.
