last week I ordered 5 Christmas cards, approx �15 worth, using an uploaded picture of my children. As part of the service, a message can be printed on the front of the card. The font, colour, size and position can be modified and viewed using the refresh button. Having finally settled on the text, I proceeded with the order and confirmed the preview of card. The cards arrived three days later. The text was in the wrong place- that is written over the children's faces and not what I had finalised. The software had stored a previous image and not the final image. Despite contacting Bonusprint 3 times, they refuse to accept that they have problem with the software and have refused to resolve or refund. I would advise that no-one uses this online service as you cannot be sure what you will get.
