I am a disgruntled customer of this organisation. They state on their website that they are "the premier web hosting company in the U.K". However, they are in fact a sole trader not a company - even though the owner - Mr Paul David Hughes - calls himself a "managing director". The testimonials on the website start with one by his company accountants, who not surprisingly think the sole trader offers excellent service. It is highly unusual for an organisation's accountants to make such testimonials and one has to wonder why they do so?
This organisation uses "automatic renewals" to entrap customers without informing them that the renewal is due. Most unusual in my opinion.
My advice is steer clear of this organisation. They are wonderful in the first year in terms of support but the moment you query charges etc they become extremely aggressive and totally unhelpful.
