Hi there - just contact o2 and ask them. I just called them and it was sorted out in minutes. If you know your user name etc: you can do it yourself via the web-site. (on "messages" in "my-o2" click on e-mail to mobile and cancel all alerts...... Pedro.

CANON PPRINTERS     Post a reply to this message

Had to dump CANON S200 PRINTER after only 16 months. Printer heads went.
E-mailed them, but got bland couldn't care less reply. Graphics also packed in so didn't know what inks left in Cartridges.
Now I wasn't a heavy user of this machine, so did expect more than 16months.
It was always a wee bit troublesome. You know how you get what's called a 'Monday car', or a 'Friday car'. Well this Printer was a 'Bank Holiday, I've just won the lottery , so stuff this boring factory job', machine......
My wife and I have both got CANON cameras. They do make good cameras. We bought digital at Xmas, It might have been CANON - BUT NOT NOW. Went for another make.
Will never buy Canon again. CANON PRINTERS ARE CRAP.

Is indifferent to the effect of it's past dishonest practices on it's honest employees who walked out in despair One of those people involved in those practices has climbed to a very senior level and strangely for someone occupying such a senior position has developed amnesia. And even more puzzling amnesia seems to be contagious for his fellow conspirators who have moved to senior NHS positions in Cambridge have also developed amnesia. This amnesia is to protect their own positions but also serves to deny any justice to those who took a stand against their dishonesty at the time. What an unfair society we live in !!! :Makes one very
